Quick answer
You add a rental agreement from app.wander.com → Website → Terms. You have two options: use none (no rental agreement link in checkout) or use your own by pasting in your rental agreement text. If set, the agreement is linked at checkout, where guests are notified that by booking they accept the Terms of Service and Rental Agreement. This applies to all WanderOS hosts and property managers.
What are my two options?
Use none: No rental agreement is linked in checkout. Guests still see a Terms of Service link, but no rental agreement.
Use your own: Paste your rental agreement into the editor. The text becomes the linked agreement at checkout.
Note: Unlike Terms of Service, WanderOS does not provide a default rental agreement. If you want one shown at checkout, you must supply your own.
How do I add my own rental agreement?
Log in to
app.wander.com.In the left sidebar, click Website → Terms.
In the Rental Agreement section, select Use your own.
Paste your full rental agreement text into the editor.
Save your changes. The new agreement is linked at checkout immediately.
To remove it later, switch the option back to Use none and save.
Where does the rental agreement appear for guests?
The agreement appears in two places when set:
Footer: A "Rental Agreement" link appears in the legal links section of every page footer.
Checkout: Guests see a notice that by completing the booking they accept the Terms of Service and Rental Agreement, with a clickable link to view the agreement.
If you select Use none, neither the footer link nor the checkout reference to the rental agreement appears.
Can I keep using my PMS or e-signature workflow instead?
Yes. If you already collect a signed rental agreement through your PMS or another software, that workflow continues to work in parallel. WanderOS's rental agreement option is independent — you can:
Leave it off (Use none) and rely entirely on your PMS-driven signing flow.
Turn it on (Use your own) for an in-checkout acceptance, and still send a separate signing request from your PMS afterward.
