Edit Property Title and Description

How to edit your property title and description in WanderOS, and how those fields sync from your PMS.

Quick answer

You edit your property title and description from app.wander.com → Listings → click the listing → Listing Details → Title and description. Update either field, then click Save. Both fields also sync from your Property Management System (PMS), so updates made in your PMS flow into WanderOS automatically. This applies to all WanderOS hosts and property managers.

How do I open the Title and description tab?

  1. Log in to app.wander.com.

  2. Select Listings in the left sidebar.

  3. Click the listing you want to edit.

  4. In the listing's left sidebar, open Listing Details.

  5. Click the Title and description tab.

What can I edit on this tab?

Field

What it controls

Property title

The name displayed at the top of your listing page and on every property card across your site (for example, "(5502) New single level 3 bed 2 bath").

Description

Your "About this property" copy. Use it to describe the home, layout, upgrades, standout features, and anything a guest should know before booking.

After making changes, click Save to apply them to your listing.

How does syncing from my PMS work?

Title and description sync directly from your PMS. That means:

  • When you create or update a listing in your PMS, the title and description flow into WanderOS automatically.

  • You can also edit either field directly in WanderOS using the steps above.

Note: Your PMS is the source of truth for listing data. If you edit a field in WanderOS and later update the same field in your PMS, the PMS value will win on the next sync. For permanent changes, update the field in your PMS.

Best practices

  • Lead the title with what makes the home unique — bedroom count, view, or signature feature — instead of a property code.

  • Open the description with the strongest selling point in the first 1–2 sentences. Guests scanning a listing page often only read the first lines.

  • Cover layout and sleeping arrangements so guests can match the home to their group.

  • Call out recent upgrades (new kitchen, hot tub, EV charger, etc.) — they convert.

  • Avoid all caps and excessive emoji in the title. They look like spam on property cards.
