You are the Merchant of Record for WanderOS reservations. Payments are processed through Wander’s payments platform on your behalf and settle to your connected account.

You continue to operate the property. Wander provides the marketplace, booking, and payment infrastructure for reservations generated through Wander.

For Wander.com Marketplace reservations, payment goes to Wander first and Wander releases the property manager’s payout according to the applicable terms. Wander’s current terms describe Wander as a limited payment collection agent for these transactions.

Wander.com Marketplace fees are determined by the applicable Plan and Fee Schedule.

Wander.com Marketplace agreement is a percentage-based listing management fee on gross revenue generated from bookings through the platform.

For guest data collected through a WanderOS site, the property manager is the data controller and Wander processes that data on the property manager’s behalf.

You can export guest data collected through your WanderOS site.

Yes! WanderOS and Wander.com Marketplace serve different purposes and can be used together.

You can use WanderOS to operate your direct-booking experience while also participating in Wander.com Marketplace for properties that Wander approves for marketplace distribution.

A reservation made through your WanderOS site remains a WanderOS direct booking. A reservation generated through Wander remains a Wander.com Marketplace booking and follows the Wander.com Marketplace payment and fee structure.

WanderOS and Wander.com Marketplace are separate products. Using WanderOS does not by itself mean your properties are listed on the Wander.com Marketplace.
