WanderOS brings your direct booking website, property listings, reservations, payments, and other tools into one platform.
Getting your WanderOS site live happens in a few stages. You’ll start by setting up your account and connecting your property management system (PMS), then prepare your listings, review your website, configure your booking setup, and connect your domain.
You’ll be assigned a Launch Specialist to support you through the process. The level of hands-on support may vary depending on your onboarding experience.
Complete your initial account setup
When you sign up for WanderOS, you’ll complete the initial onboarding flow before accessing your dashboard.
During this process, you’ll:
Enter your account details.
Connect your PMS.
Choose whether to list properties on the Wander.com Marketplace.
Review your payment plan.
Add the payment method for your WanderOS subscription.
Create and access your WanderOS dashboard.
Once you have access to your dashboard, you can begin preparing your direct booking site.
1. Connect your PMS and prepare your listings
Confirm that your PMS is connected correctly and that the properties you want to offer through WanderOS are available and showing the expected information.
This step also covers checking imported property information, availability, photos, and which properties should be available on your direct booking site.

2. Build and review your WanderOS site
Wander prepares the first version of your website using your property information and, when available, content and branding from your existing website.
Review your website and submit revisions to your Launch Specialist. Make sure the core guest experience is ready before approving your site for launch.

3. Set up payments, pricing, and booking rules
Complete the setup required to accept direct bookings and get paid.
This includes your payout setup, cancellation policies, booking types, guest payment options, pricing, fees, taxes, discounts, and checkout experience.
Before moving on, complete a representative guest search and confirm that the booking experience and final total are what you expect.

4. Connect your domain and launch your site
Connect your custom domain only when your website and booking setup are ready to go live.
If you are replacing an existing website on the same domain, connecting it to WanderOS changes where visitors are sent. Keep your existing website connected until you are ready to make the switch.
Once your domain is active, complete your final checks on the live site.
