Quick answer
You view a listing's calendar and pricing from app.wander.com → Listings → click the listing → Calendar and pricing in the listing's left sidebar. The view is read-only. All rate and availability changes must be made in your Property Management System (PMS) — WanderOS reflects PMS changes automatically and uses Wander Blocks to display existing PMS bookings and prevent double-bookings on your direct booking site. This applies to all WanderOS hosts and property managers.
How do I open the Calendar and pricing view?
Log in to
app.wander.com.Select Listings in the left sidebar.
Click the listing you want to review.
In the listing's left sidebar, open Calendar and pricing.
You'll see the calendar with bookings, blocks, and pricing for the property.
Why is the calendar read-only in WanderOS?
Your PMS is the source of truth for rates and availability. Editing rates in two places creates conflicts and can cause overbookings. WanderOS pulls from your PMS so every channel — your direct booking site, OTAs, and any other connected platforms — stays aligned to the same calendar.
To change anything on the calendar, edit it in your PMS. The change flows into WanderOS automatically on the next sync.
How do I update rates?
Open the listing in your PMS.
Update the nightly rate, minimum night requirement, seasonal pricing, or any other rate rule.
Wait for the next sync into WanderOS.
Open Calendar and pricing in WanderOS to confirm the new rates appear.
Note: If you use a dynamic pricing tool connected to your PMS (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, etc.), keep managing it there. WanderOS will reflect whatever rates your PMS publishes.
How do I block dates or update availability?
Open the listing in your PMS.
Block the dates, update minimum stays, or change availability.
Wait for the next sync into WanderOS.
Open Calendar and pricing in WanderOS to confirm the calendar reflects the change.
What are Wander Blocks?
Wander Blocks are placeholder bookings that WanderOS adds to your calendar to represent existing reservations from your PMS. They prevent double-bookings on your direct booking site by holding the dates as unavailable.
You don't create Wander Blocks manually. They appear automatically based on what's in your PMS.
They reflect every confirmed PMS booking, including bookings made on Airbnb, Vrbo, or other channels connected to your PMS.
They keep your direct booking site in sync with the rest of your channels.
Why are bookings I see in my PMS not showing on the WanderOS calendar?
Most syncs complete within a few minutes. If a PMS booking does not appear in WanderOS:
Confirm the booking is in confirmed status in your PMS (pending or hold bookings may not sync).
Refresh the calendar.
Check your PMS connection in Settings → Integrations.
If the booking still does not appear after 30 minutes, contact Wander support with the listing name, booking dates, and your PMS.
Best practices
Treat your PMS as the source of truth for every rate, minimum stay, and block.
Make every pricing change in one place. Editing rates in WanderOS and your PMS in parallel will cause conflicts.
Use a dynamic pricing tool connected to your PMS to optimize rates automatically. See Why is overpricing risky, and how does dynamic pricing protect revenue?
