Quick answer
The Calendar tab in app.wander.com is a multi-unit calendar that shows every listing in your account and every booking on those listings in one view. Like the per-listing calendar, the Calendar tab is read-only — all rate and availability changes are made in your Property Management System (PMS) and flow into WanderOS automatically. This applies to all WanderOS hosts and property managers.
For the per-listing calendar (one property at a time, with rates), see How do I manage calendar and pricing for my WanderOS listing?.
What the Calendar tab shows
The Calendar tab shows a grid of every unit in your account against a date range, with every booking laid across the dates it covers.
Rows are your units (one row per listing).
Columns are dates across the selected date range.
Bars on each row represent bookings, holds, and Wander Blocks for that unit on those dates.
Bookings made through your direct booking site, your PMS, and any connected Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like Airbnb or Vrbo all appear together on the same calendar.
Note: OTA = Online Travel Agency. Wander Blocks are placeholder bookings WanderOS adds to represent existing PMS reservations so the same dates cannot be double-booked on your direct site.
How do I open the Calendar tab?
You open the Calendar tab from the left navigation in your WanderOS dashboard.
Log in to
app.wander.com.In the left sidebar, click Calendar.
The multi-unit calendar loads with every listing in your account.
How do I open a listing from the Calendar tab?
You open a listing from the Calendar tab by clicking the listing name on the left side of the calendar grid.
Find the unit row for the listing you want to open.
Click the listing name in the row label.
WanderOS takes you straight to that listing's detail page, where you can review settings, photos, calendar and pricing, and other listing-level configuration.
For everything you can do once you are inside a listing, see How do I manage my property listings in WanderOS?.
How do I open a booking from the Calendar tab?
You can only open booking details for reservations made directly through your WanderOS direct booking site. OTA and PMS-imported bookings appear on the calendar as Wander Blocks and do not open a details page in WanderOS.
Find the unit row and the date range for the booking you want to open.
Click the booking bar.
If the booking was made through your direct booking site, WanderOS opens the reservation detail page where you can view guest info, message the guest, or adjust the booking.
If the booking is a Wander Block from your PMS or an OTA, the bar is for visibility only — open the booking in your PMS or in the original OTA channel to see guest details.
For more on the reservation detail page, see How do I view and manage reservations in WanderOS?.
Why is the Calendar tab read-only?
Your PMS is the source of truth for rates and availability. Editing the same calendar in two places creates conflicts and can cause overbookings. WanderOS pulls from your PMS so every channel — your direct booking site, OTAs, and any other connected platforms — stays aligned to the same calendar.
To change anything on the calendar, edit it in your PMS. The change flows into WanderOS automatically on the next sync.
Troubleshooting
If the Calendar tab does not look right, check the most common causes below.
A booking from your PMS is not showing on the calendar: Confirm the booking is in confirmed status in your PMS — pending or hold bookings may not sync. If it is confirmed and still missing after 30 minutes, contact Wander support with the listing name, booking dates, and your PMS.
A unit is missing from the calendar: Confirm the listing is connected and active in your dashboard. See How do I manage my property listings in WanderOS?.
You clicked a booking and nothing happened: That booking is a Wander Block from a PMS or OTA. Only direct bookings made through your WanderOS site open a details page from the Calendar tab.
You need to change a rate or block dates: Make the change in your PMS. WanderOS will reflect it on the next sync. The Calendar tab cannot edit rates or availability directly.
