To import properties into WanderOS, you need a supported property management system (PMS). Each rentable unit must have its own PMS listing and availability calendar. WanderOS does not currently support adding properties manually.
PMS platforms available for new connections
WanderOS integrates with the following PMS platforms. Select your PMS for setup instructions:

Required inventory setup
WanderOS requires a one-to-one relationship between a listing and a physical rental unit. Each unit needs:
Its own unique listing ID in your PMS.
Its own availability calendar.
A listing that represents that specific unit, rather than a room type with several interchangeable units.
This setup identifies the specific unit and calendar associated with a reservation.
Pooled and hotel-style inventory
WanderOS does not currently support pooled inventory or hotel-style room-type inventory. A room-type listing represents a category of accommodation with multiple units available, rather than one specific physical unit.
For example, one “Ocean View Condo” listing with a quantity of five is pooled inventory. It does not meet WanderOS’s one-unit, one-calendar requirement.
Multiple units in the same building
Independent units in the same building can meet WanderOS’s inventory requirement when each unit has its own listing ID and calendar.
For example:
Ocean View Unit 101: its own listing and calendar.
Ocean View Unit 102: its own listing and calendar.
Ocean View Unit 103: its own listing and calendar.
This example describes independent single-unit listings. It does not mean WanderOS supports a PMS’s parent-and-child building structure, where one parent property contains multiple child units.
Important: If your PMS uses pooled inventory, room types, or a parent-and-child structure, contact [email protected] before changing the configuration. Include your PMS name and a description of how units and calendars are organized. Do not send passwords or API keys.
