You (the property manager) are the Merchant of Record (MoR) for every booking taken on your WanderOS site. That means:
Guests pay through your connected payout account at checkout.
The full booking amount, including taxes, lands in your account automatically.
Funds are paid out from your connected account to your bank.
Wander does not hold your funds.

Payout schedule
When a guest pays for a reservation on your WanderOS website, the funds are captured in your connected payout account. You do not need to wait until the guest checks in or checks out for the payout process to begin.
The typical payout flow is:
Stage | What happens |
Guest pays at checkout | The guest's payment is captured in your connected payout account. |
Rolling hold | Funds are typically held for approximately two business days before becoming available for payout. |
Bank payout | Available funds are released to your connected bank account on a daily rolling schedule. |
Standard bank payouts typically arrive within 1–2 business days after the funds become available.
Why is my first payout taking longer?
New payout accounts are subject to an initial 7–10 day hold while initial risk and verification checks are completed.
After your first payout clears, future payouts follow the standard rolling payout schedule.
Where can I view my payouts?
You can review your payout history in the Earnings section of your WanderOS dashboard.
See Where do I view my payout history? for instructions on reviewing your payouts and connected bank account.
