Understand listing statuses

Learn what the Direct-booking website and Wander.com marketplace statuses mean, including Listed, Unlisted, Ready to list, and Not bookable yet.

The Listings table in the Wander Dashboard shows two separate channel columns:

  • Direct-booking website: Your WanderOS website.

  • Wander.com marketplace: The Wander marketplace.

These channels are independent. A property can be Listed on your WanderOS website while it is Not started on the Wander.com Marketplace, or the other way around.

Where do I find these statuses?

  1. Sign in to app.wander.com.

  2. Select Listings in the left sidebar.

  3. Review the Direct-booking website and Wander.com marketplace columns for each property.

What does the Direct-booking website status mean?

The Direct-booking website status shows whether the property is available on your WanderOS website.

What it means

Listed

The property is connected to the direct-booking website channel.

Unlisted

The property is not connected to the direct-booking website channel.

Archived

The property has been archived and is no longer active in the Dashboard.

What does the Wander.com marketplace status mean?

The Wander.com marketplace status shows whether the property is listed, eligible to list, or blocked from listing on Wander.com.

Status

What it means

What to do

Listed

The property is listed on the Wander.com Marketplace.

No action is needed.

Ready to list

The property has passed the current marketplace readiness checks and can be listed.

Select List on Wander when the Dashboard presents the action.

Not started

The property is not currently listed on the marketplace. This label can also appear while some listing setup or review work is still in progress.

Complete the required listing steps or review the activation workflow.

Opted out

Your organization chose not to list properties on Wander.com during onboarding.

Select the status to update your marketplace preference if the option is available.

Not eligible to list

The property does not currently meet the marketplace eligibility requirements.

Review the property’s readiness requirements or contact Wander Support.

Not bookable yet

The property is not currently bookable, so it cannot be listed on the marketplace.

Resolve the bookability issue before trying to list the property.

Action required

The property has a marketplace readiness issue that needs attention.

Review the listing readiness tasks and resolve the listed issue.

Delisted

The property has been archived and is no longer listed on the marketplace.

Review the property’s listing settings or contact Wander Support if this is unexpected.

The Dashboard may briefly show a loading state while it checks marketplace readiness.

Why are the two statuses different?

The Direct-booking website and the Wander.com Marketplace are separate channels.

For example:

  • Direct-booking website: Listed

  • Wander.com marketplace: Not eligible to list

This means the property is available on your WanderOS website but has not been listed on Wander.com.

The reverse can also happen. Each channel has its own listing status and activation process.

What should I do when a status does not change?

Status changes may take time to appear after a listing action, readiness update, or PMS change.

  1. Refresh the Listings page.

  2. Reopen the property and review its current settings.

  3. If the status still does not reflect the action, review the relevant activation or PMS troubleshooting article.

  4. Contact Wander Support if the status remains incorrect or does not explain what action is required.
