Manage PMS syncing in the Wander Dashboard

Check your PMS connection, refresh connection status, manage synced listings, and change listing-level sync settings in app.wander.com.

The PMS sync settings in the Wander Dashboard show whether a property management system (PMS) is connected, how many listings are synced, and which organization-level controls are available.

You can also manage listing channels and individual listing sync settings from the Listings section.

Open the PMS sync settings

To open PMS sync settings in the Wander Dashboard:

  1. Sign in to app.wander.com.

  2. Open your organization menu.

  3. Select View settings.

  4. Under Features, select PMS sync.

The PMS sync page includes a Connection section and may also include Publishing and property-name settings.

What does the Connection section show?

The Connection section shows the PMS connection state for your organization.

When a PMS is connected, the section can show:

  • The connected PMS name.

  • The number of listings currently shown as synced.

  • A Manage listings link.

  • A Refresh connection button.

  • A Reconnect button when reconnecting is supported for the connected PMS.

When no PMS is connected, the page shows No PMS currently connected and a Choose a PMS to connect section.

What does the listings count mean?

The connection card displays the number of listings returned by the Wander Dashboard listings data. This number may not equal the number of properties currently visible on a direct-booking site or on the Wander.com marketplace.

To review listing-level visibility, select Manage listings or open Listings from the Dashboard sidebar.

How do I connect a PMS?

If your organization does not have an active PMS connection, the PMS sync page shows the PMS connections currently available for setup.

  1. Open Settings > Features > PMS sync.

  2. Find Choose a PMS to connect.

  3. Select Connect next to the PMS you want to use.

  4. Follow the connection steps shown for that PMS.

Use the connection guide for your PMS when setup requires credentials, account details, or provider-side configuration.

What does Refresh connection do?

The Refresh connection button refreshes the connection information displayed in the Wander Dashboard.

To refresh the displayed status:

  1. Open Settings > Features > PMS sync.

  2. Select Refresh connection.

  3. Review the updated Connection section.

Refresh connection does not:

  • Import missing listings.

  • Force a pricing or availability sync.

  • Force a photos or description update.

  • Repair a failed connection.

  • Renew expired credentials or permissions.

  • Reconnect a PMS.

Connection information may be cached for up to 30 seconds. When a connection or listing import is actively in progress, the page checks the status automatically.

A connected status confirms that Wander has a stored active PMS connection. It does not confirm that every listing’s pricing, availability, or content is current.

How do I reconnect a PMS?

When reconnecting is supported for your PMS, the Connection section shows a Reconnect button.

  1. Open Settings > Features > PMS sync.

  2. Select Reconnect.

  3. Complete the PMS authorization steps.

  4. Return to the Wander Dashboard and review the connection status.

The current Dashboard reconnect flow is available for Hospitable connections. Other PMS connections may require their provider-specific connection workflow.

How does automatic marketplace publishing work?

The Publishing section includes the Automatically publish approved properties setting.

When enabled, synced properties that are approved by Wander can be published to the Wander.com marketplace automatically.

This setting controls automatic marketplace publishing. It does not replace the per-listing controls for your direct-booking site.

For direct-booking site and marketplace visibility, use the property’s Channels settings.

How do I change the property name source?

The PMS sync settings page includes a property-name setting for active Guesty, Streamline, and OwnerRez connections.

The setting controls which PMS property-name field Wander uses:

  • Guesty: Property title or nickname. Guesty defaults to nickname unless the setting has been changed.

  • Streamline: Property name or headline. Streamline defaults to property name.

  • OwnerRez: Property name or headline. OwnerRez defaults to property name.

To change the property-name setting:

  1. Open Settings > Features > PMS sync.

  2. Find the property-name setting.

  3. Select the toggle.

  4. Review the success message.

The selected property name is used in the Wander Dashboard and on the direct-booking site.

If Wander does not have the required name metadata cached, the change starts a background property sync. The Dashboard indicates that the name update is in progress.

Use clear, guest-facing names. If you select a nickname or headline, that value may appear publicly on the direct-booking site.

Troubleshooting

The PMS sync page shows no connected PMS

If the page shows No PMS currently connected, open Choose a PMS to connect and start the connection process for an available provider

The listings count is lower than expected

The count on the Connection card comes from the Dashboard’s listings data. To investigate a missing property:

  1. Select Manage listings or open Listings from the Dashboard sidebar.

  2. Search for the property.

  3. Confirm that the property is enabled for the Wander connection in your PMS if your PMS requires provider-side listing selection.

  4. Review the connection guide for your PMS.

  5. Select Refresh connection to refresh the displayed connection status.

Refresh connection did not change anything

Refresh connection only refreshes the connection information displayed by the Dashboard. It does not start a full PMS sync or repair an integration.

If listing data is missing or stale, review the PMS configuration and the PMS troubleshooting guide.

The property name update is still processing

If the Dashboard indicates that the property-name update is in progress, Wander is running a background property sync.

If the name remains unchanged after the update completes, contact Wander Support with the organization, PMS, and property details.
