The Pricing display setting controls whether property cards on your WanderOS website show a fee-inclusive rate or no price.
The setting applies across your website. It does not change your PMS rates, availability, fees, taxes, or checkout calculations.
Pricing display options
The current Dashboard provides two options:
1. Show rate with fees
Show rate with fees is the recommended option. Property cards show the lowest available rate with applicable fees blended into the displayed price when the required pricing data is available.
The card price is a summary for the property card. It is not a fixed quote for every stay or date range.
2. Hide pricing
Hide pricing removes the price from property cards.
Guests must open the property page and select dates to view pricing and continue to checkout.
How to Change the Pricing display setting
Sign in to app.wander.com.
Select Website in the left sidebar.
Under Website settings, select Pricing display.
Select Show rate with fees or Hide pricing.
The setting saves automatically after you select an option. A success message confirms that the pricing display mode was updated.
There is no separate Save button.
Where the Pricing display setting applies
The setting applies to property-card surfaces across your WanderOS website, including:
Property Gallery sections
The property gallery built into the Homepage Hero
The
/ssearch pageOther website surfaces that render property cards
The setting controls card pricing only. The property page and checkout use their own date-specific pricing and quote calculations.
There is no per-property or per-gallery override for this setting.

Why are specific dates defaulting on property card?
When a guest searches without selecting dates, Wander automatically chooses a suggested stay for each property. Wander:
Looks for the property’s lowest-priced valid stay.
Checks that the stay follows the property’s availability, minimum-night, and check-in/check-out rules.
Uses the next available stay if a lowest-priced stay is not available.
The card displays the suggested check-in date, check-out date, number of nights, and total price.
When no dates are selected, a property card can display a suggested stay from the search results.
The card may use:
The lowest available suggested stay, or
The next available stay when a lowest-price suggestion is not available
For example:
$1,317 for 3 nights · October 26–29
The card displays the suggested check-in date, check-out date, number of nights, and total returned for that stay.
