Step 1: Create a New Channel
Log in to your Track PMS account
In the top-right corner, click Settings
Within the Settings menu:
Under Configuration (Property Management)
Click Distribution Channels
Configure Channel
Click Create Channel (top right)
Select New Channel from the dropdown
Select Channel Name
In the pop-up window:
Open the Channel Name dropdown
Search for Wander and select Wander
Click Submit
This will open the channel configuration page.
Configure Channel Settings
In the Name field, enter:
WanderOS Direct Booking Website and Wander.com Distribution
Ensure the following are enabled:
Active = Yes
Show in Channel Inventory = Yes
Set:
Reservation Mode = Confirmed Reservation
In the Reservation Type dropdown: Select any applicable option
Note:
A dedicated Wander Reservation Type will be created later in this guide. For now, select any available option to proceed.
API Settings
Scroll down to the API Settings section
Ensure all available options are toggled ON
Save Channel
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click Save Channel
Step 2: Retrieve Channel Credentials
After clicking Save Channel, you will be redirected to the Channels page.
Open Your Wander Channel
In the search bar (left-hand side), enter Wander
Locate your channel
Click Edit
Locate API Credentials
On the Edit Channel page, navigate to the API section (right-hand side). You should see your:
Endpoint URL
Channel Key
Channel Secret
Enter Credentials in Wander
In your WanderOS Onboarding Flow, enter:
Channel Key → Channel Username
Channel Secret → Channel Key
Endpoint → Domain
Continue with next steps before selecting "Connect".
Format Domain (Critical)
Your Endpoint URL will appear as:
👉 In Wander, you must enter ONLY:
api-integration-example.tracksandbox.io
Important:
Remove:
https:///api/pms/
Step 3: Create a Reservation Type
Navigate to:
Settings → Reservation Types
On the Reservation Types page:
Click + Reservation Type (top-right corner)
This will open the reservation type configuration form.
Configure Reservation Type
Complete the following fields:
Code: Enter any unique identifier (e.g., 100)
Name: WanderOS Direct Booking Website and Wander.com Distribution
Description: Enter a relevant description (optional)
Public Name / Description: Update as preferred
Select a Tape Chart Color
Configure Financial Settings
Charge Rent To: Guest
Rent Earned: Auto
Commissionable: Configure as preferred
Configure Additional Settings
Review and configure the following sections as needed:
Guest Settings
Owner Settings
Under Housekeeping: Set Default Departure Clean to Departure Clean
Save Reservation Type
Step 4: Associate Reservation Type to Channel
Navigate to:
Settings → Distribution Channels
Search for Wander
Click Edit
Assign Reservation Type
Locate the Reservation Type dropdown
Select the newly created Wander Direct Booking type
Save Channel
Scroll to the bottom
Click Save Channel
Step 5: Enable Channel for Rate Types & Reservation Fees
Enable Channel for Rate Types
Navigate to:
Property Management → Rate Types
Find the Rate Type you want the Wander Channel to follow
Click Edit
In the Channels field: Select your Wander Channel
Click Save Type
Ensure the Wander Channel is added to all applicable Rate Types and repeat the above steps for all rate types applicable.
Enable Channel for Reservation Fees
Navigate to:
Property Management → Reservation Fees
Select the applicable Reservation Fee
Click Edit
Scroll to the Reservation Types section
Search the newly created Wander Reservation Type
Add it to the selected Reservation Fee
Scroll to the bottom
Click Save Fee
Repeat for All Applicable Rate Types
Ensure the Wander Channel is enabled on all Rate Types you want applied to Wander bookings.
Important
This step is required for:
Pricing to sync correctly
Fees to apply to Wander bookings
If a Reservation Fee or Rate Type is not enabled for the Wander Channel, it will not be applied or synced to Wander.
Optional: Embedded Fees & Derivative Rates
Only required if you plan to apply markups or distribution fees

Step 5: Create a Net Commission Payment Method
Navigate to:
Configuration → Payment Methods (under Accounting)
Create Payment Method
Click + Payment Method (top right)
Configure Payment Method
Complete all required fields:
Name: WanderOS Direct Booking Website and Wander.com Distribution
Type: Net Commission
Assign the fields based on how you want your payments to be classified (example shown for reference ONLY):
Asset (Ledger) Account
Commission (Ledger) Account
Click Save Type
🚨If you're running into booking errors, check your payment settings:
Go to Settings > Property Management > Distribution Channels
Scroll to the WanderOS distribution channel
Open Payment Settings
Confirm Payments Accepted is set to "All payment types"
Retrieve Payment Method ID
Once your Payment Method has been created, you will be redirected to the Payment Methods page
In the ID column: Locate your newly created Wander Payment Method
Copy the Payment Method ID
Enter in Wander
In your WanderOS Onboarding Flow:
Paste the Payment Method ID into the corresponding field
Continue with next steps before selecting "Connect"
Associate to Channel
Navigate to:
Configuration → Distribution Channels
Open your Wander Channel
Add the newly created Payment Method under Net Commission Method
Click Save Channel
Step 6: Generate Server Keys
Navigate to:
Settings → Company Setup → API Keys
Create Server Key
Click + Server Key
Add "WanderOS Direct Booking Website and Wander.com Distribution" to the name
Save Key
Copy Credentials
You will now see your Server Key and Secret.
Copy and add your keys to your WanderOS Onboarding Flow:
Server Key → Server Username
Server Secret → Server Key
