Quick answer
The Listings dashboard at app.wander.com is where you view every property synced from your Property Management System (PMS), check sync status for your direct booking site and the Wander Marketplace, and edit the guest-facing details that drive bookings. This article is the map of where everything lives. Each section below links out to a focused how-to.
How do I open the Listings dashboard?
The Listings dashboard is the home for every property in your WanderOS account.
Log in to app.wander.com.
Select Listings in the left sidebar.
Your properties appear in a table with two status columns:
Website Status — the listing's status on your custom direct booking site.
Wander Status — the listing's status on the Wander Marketplace (Wander Listed).
Click any row to open that property and edit its details.
What do the listing statuses mean?
Both status columns share the same vocabulary, but they describe two different surfaces — your direct booking site versus the Wander Marketplace.
Website Status
Status | What it means |
Inactive | The listing is not live on your direct booking site. |
Syncing | Data is actively pulling from your PMS. A progress banner appears at the top of the page. |
Synced | The import is complete. The listing is ready for final edits before going live. |
Active | The listing is live and bookable on your direct booking site. |
Wander Status
Status | What it means |
Not Started | The listing has not been submitted to the Wander Marketplace. |
Ready to List | The listing has been reviewed and is ready to go live on the Wander Marketplace. |
Inactive | The listing is not live on the marketplace. |
Syncing | Data is actively pulling from your PMS for the marketplace. |
Synced | The marketplace import is complete. |
Active | The listing is live and bookable on the Wander Marketplace. |
Note: Status changes can take a few minutes to reflect after a PMS update. Refresh the dashboard if a status looks stuck.
How is a listing organized inside WanderOS?
When you click into a listing, you'll see a left-hand menu of your listings and three tabs across the top:
Space — everything that describes the physical property: photos, title and description, amenities, location, and rules.
Arrival — how guests get in: check-in and checkout times, check-in method, and WiFi details.
Settings — calendar, pricing, and reviews shown on your direct booking site.
Rates and availability are managed in your PMS. The Calendar in WanderOS is a read-only view of bookings and Wander Blocks.
The how-to articles below walk through each tab.
Where do I edit each part of my listing?
What you want to change | Where to go |
Cover photo, highlights, room photo organization | Space → Rooms and photos |
Property name and "About this property" copy | Space → Title and description |
Amenity list and featured amenities | Space → Amenities |
Address, map precision, neighborhood description, views, nearby attractions | Space → Location |
Max guests, pets, events, smoking, quiet hours, safety considerations and devices | Space → Rules |
Check-in and checkout times | Arrival → Check-in and checkout times |
Entry method and access instructions | Arrival → Check-in method |
WiFi network and password | Arrival → WiFi details |
Bookings calendar and Wander Blocks | Settings → Calendar and pricing |
Reviews shown on your site | Settings → Reviews |
Important: Rates and availability must be edited in your PMS. WanderOS reflects PMS changes automatically and uses Wander Blocks to display existing bookings and prevent double-bookings on your direct site.
How do I get my listing on the Wander Marketplace?
A direct application flow for Wander Listed is in development. Until it ships, email [email protected] with:
Your property address
Your OTA listing link (Online Travel Agency, e.g., Airbnb or Vrbo)
Your current PMS
For background on the marketplace, see What is Wander Listed?.
How do I sync reviews into my listings?
Reviews show up under the Reviews section in the left sidebar of each listing. Hostaway syncs automatically; every other PMS imports via your Airbnb or Vrbo listing URL.

Best practices for healthy listings
Audit your amenities after the first sync. Initial PMS imports sometimes flag amenities you don't actually have. Walk the full list and remove anything that doesn't apply.
Fill all 5 cover photo slots. A complete cover lineup (Cover photo + 4 Highlights) creates the strongest first impression.
Replace any blurry PMS-synced photos with high-quality originals.
Be transparent in Rules and Safety. Disclose security cameras, stairs, noise, parking restrictions, and wildlife. It protects you legally and sets accurate guest expectations.
Keep your PMS as the source of truth for rates and availability. WanderOS will reflect changes automatically.
