You set your site's Terms of Service from app.wander.com → Website → Terms. You have two options: use Wander's default Terms of Service (auto-embedded for every WanderOS site) or use your own by pasting in your custom Terms text. Whichever you pick is linked in the site footer and at checkout, where guests are notified that by booking they accept the Terms of Service and Rental Agreement. This applies to all WanderOS hosts and property managers.
What are my two options?
Use Wander's default: A standard Terms of Service is auto-embedded and linked in your footer. No setup required — every WanderOS site starts with this on by default.
Use your own: Paste your custom Terms of Service into the editor. The pasted text replaces Wander's default and becomes the linked Terms on your site.
Tip: If you have legal counsel that has drafted Terms specifically for your business, use your own. Otherwise the default covers basic site usage and is the safe starting point for new hosts.
How do I switch to my own Terms of Service?
Log in to
app.wander.com.In the left sidebar, click Website → Terms.
In the Terms of Service section, select Use your own.
Paste your full Terms of Service text into the editor.
Save your changes. The new Terms appear immediately in the footer and at checkout.
To revert, switch the option back to Use Wander's default and save.
Where does the Terms of Service link appear?
Footer: A "Terms of Service" link appears in the legal links section of every page footer.
Checkout: Guests see a notice that by completing the booking they accept the Terms of Service and Rental Agreement, with a clickable link to view the Terms.
