What fees does Wander charge?
Wander charges the guest, not you. Two fees are added at checkout:

Do these fees come out of my payout?
No. Both fees are collected separately at checkout. Your booking revenue, including all property fees and collected taxes, arrives in your account in full.
Where can the guest see these fees?
Both fees appear as itemized line items on the guest's invoice. You can view the same breakdown by opening any reservation from the Reservations tab and selecting the invoice from the guest profile.
