Quick answer
You list or de-list a property in WanderOS from the Channels tab inside that property's settings. You permanently delete a property from the Danger Zone tab in the same place.
This applies to all WanderOS hosts and Property Managers (PMs). Use De-list when a property is temporarily off the market and you expect to bring it back. Use Delete only when a property has left your portfolio for good.
Important: Listing and de-listing are reversible. Deleting is permanent and removes the property from the Wander system. Do not delete a property unless it has left your portfolio.
How do I list or de-list a property in WanderOS?
You list or de-list a property by toggling its status on the Channels tab inside that property's settings.
Log in to WanderOS at app.wander.com.
Open the Listings tab from the left sidebar.
Click the property you want to update.
Open the Settings tab for that property.
Open the Channels tab inside Settings.
Toggle the status:
If the property is currently listed, the toggle will read De-list — click it to take the property down.
If the property is currently de-listed, the toggle will read List — click it to put the property back up.
The change saves immediately.
Note: De-listing keeps the property in WanderOS and in your PMS sync, but hides it from your direct booking site. You can re-list at any time from the same toggle.
How do I permanently delete a property in WanderOS?
You permanently delete a property from the Danger Zone tab inside that property's settings. Use this only when a property has left your portfolio and you do not plan to bring it back to WanderOS.
Log in to WanderOS at app.wander.com.
Open the Listings tab from the left sidebar.
Click the property you want to delete.
Open the Settings tab for that property.
Open the Danger Zone tab inside Settings.
Click Delete listing and confirm when prompted.
The property is removed from the Wander system.
Warning: If you only want the property hidden from guests, use De-list instead of Delete. De-listing is reversible; deleting is not.
When should I use de-list vs delete?
Use the table below to choose the right action.
Situation | Use |
Property is between guests and you want it temporarily off the market | De-list |
Owner is renovating or pulling the property for a season | De-list |
Property is being repositioned or repriced before going live again | De-list |
Owner has terminated the contract and the property has left your portfolio | Delete |
Property was added by mistake or is a duplicate | Delete |
Troubleshooting
If something does not work, check the most common causes below.
The Channels toggle does not change the property's status: Refresh the page. If the toggle still does not respond, log out fully and log back in.
The property re-appears after I deleted it: Your PMS is still pushing the property to WanderOS. Open your PMS, stop pushing the property to WanderOS (for example, in Streamline disable it for the integration), and then delete it again from the Danger Zone tab.
