Quick answer
The Guests tab in app.wander.com is your built-in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. It shows every guest who has booked or signed up on your WanderOS site, what they have spent with you, and their full booking and marketing email history. This applies to all WanderOS hosts and property managers.
To import your past guests from another platform, see How do I import my past guests into WanderOS via CSV? (linked once published).
How do I open the Guests tab?
You open the Guests tab from the left navigation in your WanderOS dashboard.
Log in to
app.wander.com.In the left sidebar, click Guests.
The Guests directory loads with a search bar at the top and the page header "Track guest details, spending, and contact info."
Use the search bar to find a specific guest by name or email.
What the Guests list shows
The Guests list is a directory of every guest on your site, with three columns at a glance.
Column | Description |
Name | Guest's display name. |
Primary contact email. | |
Total Spent | Cumulative lifetime spend across all bookings. |
Sort by Total Spent to surface your highest-value guests for VIP outreach or loyalty perks.
What is in a guest profile?
Click any guest in the list to open their full profile. The profile is a single view with sub-tabs on one side and contact and notes info on the other — all part of the full profile, not a separate quick view.
Sub-tabs:
Tab | What you'll find |
Reservations | Complete timeline of upcoming, current, and past stays. |
Requests | Pending Request to Book (RTB) inquiries, if RTB is enabled. |
Emails | Log of every automated marketing campaign sent to this guest. |
Invoices | Direct access to financial records for all bookings. |
Profile sidebar: contact details, total trip count, and a Notes section for internal team comments such as "Prefers early check-in" or "Traveling with a service animal."
Note: RTB = Request to Book. To set up RTB on your site, see How do I set up and use Request to Book (RTB) in WanderOS?.
How do guests get added to the Guests tab?
WanderOS adds guests to the Guests tab automatically through three channels.
Site sign-ups: Anyone who creates an account on your WanderOS site to save properties or view details.
Bookings: Anyone who completes a reservation on your site is captured along with their full contact and payment history.
CSV import: You can manually upload a list of past guests from another platform. See How do I import my past guests into WanderOS via CSV?.
Bookings and sign-ups are linked by email address, so a guest who signs up first and books later shows up as one unified profile, not two.
How does the Guests tab drive bookings?
Your guest list is the engine behind several growth features in WanderOS.
Automated email marketing. Your guests feed directly into campaigns like Abandoned Cart and Stay Again. See How do I drive direct bookings with automated email campaigns in WanderOS?.
High-value guest targeting. Sort by Total Spent to identify guests for loyalty perks and exclusive offers.
Faster RTB decisions. Open a guest's profile to review past notes and booking history before approving a new Request to Book.
Best practices
Use the Notes section liberally. It is the best place to capture preferences, allergies, or special arrangements that your team should see before the next booking.
Import past guests before launching email campaigns. If you are migrating from another platform, run the CSV import before turning on Stay Again so your past guests are included from day one.
Sort by Total Spent regularly. Surface your highest-value guests for VIP treatment and targeted offers.
